We hope you love your products, but if for any reason you need to return something to us, we’ve made it as simple as possible.
We guarantee to exchange or refund any item you are not completely happy with, goods must be returned to us in condition as sold, within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked. In the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on used products. All Sale items can be returned for an exchange or Credit Note only-no refunds will be issued.
If you have received an item that you did not order, please do return the incorrect product and the correct item will be dispatched for you as soon as we have received the product back to us. You will be required to arrange and pay for it’s registered return to us and we shall reimburse your postage.
Any products that are proven faulty will also need to be returned to us and we are more than happy to replace the product for you once received back to us.
